Parauxo ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how you can request deletion, and your rights — in full compliance with Google Play's requirements and applicable privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA.

1 Information We Collect

We do not collect social media credentials, follower counts, or any data from third-party social platforms.

2 How We Use Your Information

We use collected data solely to:

Create and manage your account
Deliver AI-powered content feedback and improvement suggestions
Enforce your plan's monthly usage limits
Process subscription payments securely via Stripe
Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications)
Improve App performance using anonymized, aggregated data only
Maintain security and prevent fraud or abuse
Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your submitted content to train AI models without your explicit consent. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data.

3 AI Content Processing

When you submit content (captions, hooks, ideas) for analysis:

It is processed in real time to generate your feedback results.
It is not permanently stored unless you explicitly choose to save it.
Unsaved submissions are deleted at the end of your session.
It is never shared with other users or used for advertising.
Third-party AI providers we may use are bound by data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your content for their own training or commercial purposes.

4 Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly as necessary:

Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe and never stored by us.
AI infrastructure providers — to process content analyses, under strict data processing agreements.
Cloud hosting providers — for secure App infrastructure and storage.
Analytics providers — aggregated, anonymized usage data only (no personal identifiers).
Legal authorities — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

5 Data Retention & Deletion

Unsaved analyses — deleted immediately at session end.
Saved analyses — retained until you delete them or close your account.
Account data — deleted within 30 days of account closure.
Billing records — retained up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.

To request deletion of your account and all associated data, use the "Delete Account" option in App Settings, or email privacy@parauxo.com. We will complete the deletion within 30 days.

6 Data Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures:

Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data transfers
Encryption at rest for stored data
Strict access controls — only authorized personnel may access user data
Regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
Correction — update or correct inaccurate information
Deletion — request deletion of your personal data
Portability — receive your data in a portable format
Opt out — opt out of any non-essential data processing

8 Children's Privacy

Parauxo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@parauxo.com and we will delete it promptly.

9 International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data is protected to an adequate standard.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
